Studying online has become one of my latest favorite things to do. Why? Because you can tap into some of the most brilliant women entrepreneurs living via the internet. The world has come to my small studio, and I love it. I am currently in my second year of studying under one of the most exciting art agents out there — Lilla Rogers of Lilla Rogers Studio located in Boston, MA. Lilla started as a working artist for some of the most impressive publications of our time. Now she shares her knowledge, grooming us in her Lilla Tribe into knowledgeable art geniuses. Lilla is one of the most encouraging teachers I have had. Her understanding of current trends that art directors are looking for keeps the classes fresh, and she loves to push us to do our best promptly. Considering my art career started in an 80-year-olds basement when I was 16 learning how to paint with oils. I started learning then–you can learn a lot from those who have been around a while with some hours on their wheels. Let your dreams come alive–it’s never too late to find someone to gain new knowledge. I will finish with a famous Lilla quote “People buy your joy.” Create and share your joy with the world.
Can I ask for your advice? I am working on a creative workshop, and before I do that, I want to make sure I am covering topics that will be the most helpful to you. The main question I need your input on is this: When it comes to having a creative hobby, what is your single biggest frustration you’ve been struggling? Click here or if you have someone you think is looking to add a new or renew a hobby in art, would you pass this on to them? Thanks so much! Hugs, Krista
